Britney Spears Auto Car Collection
Arguably, her career might have ended without her shaved head and shaved hoohoo splashed on the front pages of supermarket tabloids. I was infatuated with her as a teenager (she’s a month older than me) but after the cuteness wore off, so did the appeal. As a vocalist, she’s almost unbearable and as an actress, she’s not quite talented enough to play a dead hooker on CSI.
After a custody battle with Kevin Federline and several bouts of bat-shit insanity, she seems to have settled into a groove, producing club hits that rely less on her lacking vocals and more on clever mixing, heavy processing, salacious lyrics, and catchy beats. She retains a massive following and an intensely loyal fanbase.
She’s doing well enough, at least, to drive a new Mercedes every couple of years.
